Yogi Park is located in the Yogi district of Naha City on Hwy 330, one of the major roads on Okinawa that winds through the city. There’s a huge playground and some play equipment in the park, and many people from kids to seniors are having fun there daily.

The park has plenty of trees and flowers planted in its area, and it’s also famous for its cherry blossom festival that runs from the end of January to early February. A D-51 steam locomotive on display at the park is a landmark. Kagoshima Prefecture donated the locomotive to the city as a part of celebrating Okinawa’s reversion to Japan in 1972.
