Ryujin Mabuya super hero was first introduced in a children’s program on local TV in October 2008. Now the character has evolved beyond the local audiences, and is gradually becoming well known in the main islands of Japan. That has exactly been the aim of this project where the hero of kids’ dream plays the main role in the story, which corresponds to the culture, history, and religion of Okinawa.
