Okinawa Zoo and Wonder Museum are a part of the Okinawa Kodomo-no Kuni (Kids’ Country) theme park located in the Goya district of Okinawa City.

In addition to the zoo and museum, the park has rides for kids, rental boats on the pond, a bird observing space, and much more.

The park holds regularly various children-oriented events, of which one of the best known is its annual X’mas Fantasy that is the most popular Christmas event on Okinawa. The event always starts on Dec. 23rd and runs through Dec. 28th. The park is closed on Tuesdays.
